About the estate

The Weingut Full GbR estate is located in Mölsheim within the Zellertal valley in the Rheinhessen region. The vineyards are situated on a massive limestone site exposed to cool winds and protected by the Donnersberg mountain. The deep roots of the vines in the limestone rocks result in small, concentrated yields with high elegance. In the cellar, the wines undergo a slow, spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels on the lees without the use of fining agents. The cellar facilities have been excavated directly into the southern limestone slope over generations, providing the environment where the wines mature.

The eno directory lists 4 wines, mostly from Pinot Blanc and Riesling. The estate sells to horeca and distributors.
