About the estate

The Eva Vollmer estate is based in Mainz-Ebersheim in the Rheinhessen wine region and has been writing a special story since 2007. From the very beginning, the winery has focused on high-quality and organic production as well as a close-to-nature approach in harmony with the environment. In addition to the vineyards, animals such as horses and bees are part of the farm cycle, shaping the holistic concept. Furthermore, the winery is involved in the Europe-wide Zukunftsweine initiative alongside friends to help shape the future in a pioneering way.
