About the estate
The Weingut Davaz estate is based in Fläsch, Switzerland, and cultivates its vineyards in the Bündner Herrschaft region. The history of the winery dates back to 1972, when the first vines were planted in the newly established vineyard. Today, the winegrowing family runs the estate across multiple generations, consistently focusing on organic standards and measures to promote biodiversity. In addition, modern technologies such as photovoltaic systems and recycling sprayers are utilised to conserve resources. The portfolio includes wines that are distributed directly from the estate to a loyal clientele.
