The traditional family-run Weingut Breidscheid estate in Gross-Winternheim cultivates its vineyards in Rheinhessen according to the principles of sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture. Four generations live and work together on the farm, with each family member taking on specific responsibilities in the vineyards, the cellar, sales, and organization. Great importance is placed on healthy, fully ripe grapes and the meticulous care of the vines during the vineyard work. In the wine cellar, cellar master René focuses on gentle processing and natural vinification with minimal intervention. The wines are sold directly through the estate as well as its own online shop.
