About the estate
The Berghof estate is located in Dättlikon on the southern slope of the Irchel in German-speaking Switzerland and manages a diverse agricultural operation including vineyards, meadows, pastures, hedges, forests, and animals. Since 2023, the farm has been certified with the Bio-Suisse Knospe label and offers its first organic wines for sale. Daniel, Seraina, Ernst, and Kathrin run the estate together with a strong focus on a healthy natural cycle. The grapes are harvested by hand and processed directly in the estate's own winery. Ernst contributes his extensive experience to organic winemaking, while Daniel continuously develops the careful cultivation of the vines.
