The Weingut Baur estate is located in Berg am Irchel within the Swiss wine region of AOC Zürich. The foundation for the historic operation was laid in 1698 with the construction of a timber-framed house, and the Baur family has been rooted there for many generations. Today, the estate is managed by Ursula and Moritz Baur, with their son Thomas Baur working as the cellar master. The philosophy focuses on a cross-generational, sustainable approach and the careful vinification in the cellar.
