The Weinek-Wein estate is run by Martin and Eva at Kulmer Berg in Southern Burgenland. The hosts work together as a self-taught enthusiast and a master of viticulture in the vineyard, cellar, and kitchen. Surrounded by meadows and vineyards, they operate a small tavern in the Pannonian style. They place great emphasis on freshness and regionality for their food and beverages.
