About the estate
The Weinbau Winzingen estate is operated as a Bio-Suisse and Demeter-certified farm, placing great importance on an intact environment and the promotion of biodiversity. On sandy loam soils in Winzigen, the winery cultivates grape varieties such as Rheinriesling and Blütenmuskateller. In the vineyard, yields are significantly reduced to enhance quality, while in the cellar, any manipulation and the use of animal products are avoided. The wines are certified vegan and are produced dry in stainless steel tanks as well as in barriques. The estate is run by the Wicki family together with an experienced team.
