About the estate

The Weinbau H. Bader estate, also known as the Singer-Bader winery, looks back on a family winemaking tradition in the Remstal region dating back to the 16th century within the German quality wine region. The estate is run by the Singer and Bader winegrower families, who merged through the marriage of Julian Singer and Barbara Bader. Cultivation follows organic Bioland guidelines with a strong focus on nature, the environment, and preserving soil fertility. The vines take root on colorful marl and Keuper strata soils in vineyard sites ranging from Korber Kopf to Stettener Pulvermächer. In the cellar, traditional varieties such as Trollinger alongside exotics like Syrah mature in Swabian oak casks, stainless steel tanks, and French barrique barrels.
