About the estate

Founded in 1866, the family-run Weinbau Berger estate is continuously managed through generations and is located in Wiedendorf in the Kamptal region. The vineyards of the winery are distributed across various sites throughout the Straßertal valley, including Wechselberg-Senthal, Rosengartl, Stangl, Gautscher, Bleckenweg, Hasel, Obritzberg, and Rosskopf. Particular attention is paid to matching each grape variety to the respective soil type, whether loam, loess, gravel, or crystalline schist. Through continuous development of working methods, the estate produces wines that are appreciated beyond national borders and delivered personally to customers.

The eno directory lists 17 wines, mostly from Neuburger and Grüner Veltliner.
