About the estate

The Roman Hermann winery cultivates six hectares of vineyards in Fläsch in German-speaking Switzerland, with the estate looking back on a history to its founding year in 1925. The wines fall under the AOC Graubünden denomination. In the vineyard, the estate places great importance on sustainable practices, consistent yield regulation, and respecting natural conditions. The soils are heavily characterized by loess deposits and silicified scree shaped by the Fläsch mountain and the ice age. Additionally, the estate actively commits to preserving natural diversity and protecting rare animal species.
