About the estate

The Ernst Weisbrodt wine and sparkling wine estate in Niederkirchen in the Palatinate was founded in 1911 by Wilhelm Weisbrodt and is now run in the fourth generation by Philipp Weisbrodt. The winery works organically out of conviction, using natural humus, diverse cover crops, and beneficial insects to produce authentic wines with a sense of origin. The foundation for these characterful wines and sparkling wines lies in the estate-owned vineyards and their diverse soils. During harvest, the winery relies on hand-selected picking and gentle processing in the cellar.
