About the estate
The Völker winery is located in the wine village of Gobelsburg in the Austrian wine region of Kamptal and is run by Ing. Karl Völker together with his wife Monika and their children. Knowledge of viticulture is passed down from generation to generation in this family business. Spanning 13 hectares of vineyards, great importance is placed on quality-assuring measures in the vineyard, such as short pruning, cluster thinning, and careful canopy management. The use of insecticides and herbicides is deliberately avoided in order to harvest particularly healthy grapes. In the cellar, gentle processing combined with traditional and modern methods ensures the creation of contemporary wines.
