The Virone Michelangelo estate is located in the countryside of Agrigento in the Sicily region near the Valley of the Temples area. The winery is run as a family business, with sons Giuseppe and Salvatore having taken over the work from their father. The vineyards are situated on plateaus near the sea, where the salty breeze imparts mineral characteristics to the grapes. In addition to viticulture with varieties such as Catarratto and Grillo, the property also includes olive groves and almond orchards. Cultivation is carried out using natural and artisanal methods to protect the environment and promote biodiversity.
