About the estate
The Víno Hradil family winery is located in Čejkovice within the Velkopavlovická wine subregion. Since 2002, the estate has specialized in producing predicate and special wines from vineyards ranging from eight to twenty-five years of age. During vinification, a multi-day cold maceration at low temperatures is utilized to extract natural antioxidants and minimize sulfur dioxide levels. Fermentation and maturation largely take place in stainless steel tanks. Additionally, special white wine selections mature in large oak casks, whereas red wines are aged in French barrique barrels.
