About the estate

Established in 1989, the family-managed Vinárstvo Vinkova® estate cultivates seven hectares of organic vineyards in Pezinok within the Malokarpatská region and additionally sources grapes from local winegrowers. The winery focuses on cultivating grape varieties such as Rizling rýnsky, Tramín červený, Rulandské šedé, Sauvignon, Frankovka modrá, Alibernet, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The production relies on gentle processing through hand-harvesting into small crates. Equipment used for vinification includes pneumatic pressing, controlled fermentation, and filtration. The wines are distributed directly through the estate shop and an online store.
