About the estate

The Vinařství Zemánek winery was founded in April 1991 by František Zemánek in Velké Bílovice in the Morava region and operates as a family business. The family manages ten hectares of vineyards in the largest wine-producing village in the country. Their philosophy focuses on environmentally friendly and ecologically oriented integrated grape production with low vine yields and green cover between the rows. In the cellar, the use of plastic containers is avoided to maintain quality. The estate combines modern agricultural technology with traditional experience in vineyard and cellar management.
