The Vinařství Prath - Ing. Zuzana Prátová estate is a generational family winery located in the municipality of Josefov within the Slovácká wine sub-region in the Czech Republic. The estate farms over 10 hectares of vineyards in prime locations such as Kukvička in Josefov and Podkovné in Prušánky, relying exclusively on integrated production from its own grapes. The diverse portfolio comprises numerous white and red grape varieties, which are vinified using a combination of traditional methods and modern technologies. Production techniques include controlled fermentation, aging on the lees, and maturation in oak and acacia barrels. Additionally, the winery has focused on producing small batches of natural wines since 2018.
