About the estate

The Vinařství Dobrovolný estate traces its origins back to 1965 and is located in Nový Šaldorf. Approximately 80 percent of the grapes come from the estate's own vineyards in the Kraví Hora site, where varieties for VOC Znojmo wines are also cultivated. The winery operates four cellars, including a Gothic cellar carved into sandstone that forms part of the Modré sklepy. For processing, the estate relies on modern and gentle technologies that provide optimal conditions for the development and maturation of the wines in the cellars. The property's offerings are complemented by an on-site guesthouse and event spaces.
