About the estate
The Vinarija Karić estate is a boutique winery located in central Serbia on the gentle slopes of Mount Cer. The philosophy centers on sustainability in both the vineyard and the cellar, focusing on a natural and responsible approach to the land. All cellar work is done by hand, including pressing the grapes with a traditional manual press, which limits production to just a few thousand bottles. Owner and winemaker Stevan Karić holds a degree in agricultural sciences in viticulture and specializes in autochthonous grape varieties, which he blends to create the Adria brand. The primary goal is to preserve and showcase the rich heritage and ancient grape varieties of the Balkan region to a wider audience.
