The Vinarija Griffin Ivančić winery is primarily known for its top-quality sparkling wines and is driven by a dedication to quality, passion, patience, and balance. The estate was among the first to introduce cryomaceration technology, which enriches the wines with strong floral and fruity bouquets. The portfolio features various sparkling wines, such as Griffin Zero and the country's first certified premium sparkling wine, alongside still wines produced from grape varieties like Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau, Portugizer, and Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards include sites located at high elevations, such as a plot situated over 400 meters above sea level on Plešivica. In addition to winemaking, the estate offers events, tastings, and tours for visitors.
