About the estate
The Vignoble de la Jarnoterie estate is located in the heart of the Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil appellation and was established in 1893. Managed by the same family for five generations, the winery spans 26 hectares planted with Cabernet Franc. The vineyards benefit from a south-facing microclimate and silica-clay soils. Farming is conducted sustainably with environmental certification, followed by mechanical harvesting with triple sorting. In the cellar, fermentations are temperature-controlled and a portion of the wines is aged in barrels within tuffeau cellars.
