About the estate
The Vigna Della Cava estate was founded in 2014 by Ettore Janni in Offagna, Italy, and currently spans four hectares of vineyards. The project originated from a historic Montepulciano plot, followed by the acquisition of a disused sand quarry in 2015 located at an altitude of approximately 300 meters, which was subsequently planted with Verdicchio and Manzoni Bianco. Production focuses on crafting structured, elegant wines through organic agriculture and respect for the local environment. A subterranean winery and a dedicated wine shop were completed in 2020 to handle vinification and visitor reception. The portfolio includes wines under the Marche IGT denomination.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Montepulciano and Manzoni Bianco. The estate sells to horeca.
