About the estate
The Valentina Andrei estate was founded in 2012 in the Swiss canton of Valais and currently cultivates four hectares of vineyards. The winemaker tends her parcels in Saillon and the surrounding area using natural methods, observing the lunar calendar and applying herbal teas and essential oils. The planted grape varieties include Chasselas, Arvine, Païen, Roussanne, Gamay, Humagne, Cornalin, and Syrah. Vinification is carried out with careful attention in the cellar, with the majority of the wines maturing in previously used barrels that once aged prominent great growths.

Un vin rouge racé, de belle structure mais aussi déjà accessible dans sa jeunesse après quelques heures d’ouverture ou une mise en carafe. La viande séchée lui va très bien, tout comme il accompagnera parfaitement vos grillades estivales.

Raffort (lieu-dit à Chamoson) se distingue par une belle vivacité et de la fraîcheur en bouche. C’est un vin idéal en apéritif mais aussi très adapté en accompagnement de saumon ou autres poissons de nos lacs.
