Tria-Weine

About the estate

The Tria-Weine estate was founded in 2005 in Freienstein, Switzerland, and cultivates a vineyard area of just under half a hectare. The south-facing hillside plot with a medium gradient in the Zurich Weinland is planted with around 1,600 vines, two-thirds of which are Pinot Noir and one-third Riesling-Silvaner. The winery relies on close-to-nature production with deliberately low yields, manual harvesting of physiologically ripe grapes, and the maturation of all wines in barriques. Annual production is approximately 2,300 bottles.
