About the estate

The Torre degli Alberi estate is operated by Camillo and Filippo Dal Verme in Colli Verdi in Lombardy. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 500 meters in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese. Farming follows EU organic certification guidelines. The vinification process includes slow pressing, a 15-day fermentation at low temperatures, three months of lees contact, complete malolactic fermentation in tanks, and secondary bottle fermentation with a minimum yeast aging of 36 months. The estate is listed in the FIVI – Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti directory. The portfolio comprises four sparkling wines under the Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico DOCG denomination, produced from Pinot Noir. The selection features the Brut Millesimato, the Pas Dosé Millesimato, the Brut Rosé Cruasè Millesimato, and the Riserva, which blends the current vintage with 60 percent tank-aged reserve wines from previous years and spends 60 months on the lees.
