The Testament winery estate is located in organic vineyards within the northern Dalmatian wine region near Šibenik. Winemaking focuses on local grape varieties such as Pošip and Babić, producing mineral white wines, fresh rosé wines, and structured red wines. Under the guidance of the winemaker and enologist, vinification ranges from rapid processing to aging in oak barrels or stainless steel tanks. In addition to direct sales at the estate, the wines are distributed through numerous restaurants and wine bars in Croatia as well as exported to various international markets.
The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Babić and Pošip. The estate sells to horeca and retail. Export markets include Belgium, France, Germany and Netherlands.
TESTAMENT BABIĆ je crveno vino tamne rubin, neprovidne boje, mirisa zrelog crvenog voća, tamne čokolade i začina. Okus je opulentan sa živim kiselinama i moćnom strukturom.
Od grožđa Babić, iz vapnenačkog krša enolog Juraj Sladić kreirao je ovo jedinstveno vino. Stvoreno na kopnu, odležalo u Jadranskom moru - na 20 metara dubine, pod tlakom od 3 atm i temperaturom od 10°C.
TESTAMENT POŠIP je bijelo vino – mirisom na koštunjičavo voće, krušku, cvijet kamilice i ljekovito bilje dalmatinskog krša. Okus je kompleksan i mineralan, sa svježim i slasnim završetkom.
