About the estate
The Terra Vita Vinum estate is managed by Bénédicte and Luc Briand and is located in the Anjou Noir area of the Loire Valley. Covering around 30 hectares of vineyards, the winery encompasses seven distinct terroirs defined by schist, volcanic rock, and the influence of the Loire River. Viticulture follows organic and biodynamic practices, relying on manual harvesting, no chemical weedkillers, and the integration of cover crops and animals. In the cellar, the estate avoids commercial yeasts and additives to craft distinctive, carefully aged wines. The production spans the AOC Anjou, AOC Anjou-Brissac, AOC Anjou Villages Brissac, AOC Coteaux de l'Aubance, and AOC Savennières denominations.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Chenin Blanc.
