About the estate

The Terra Dominicata winery is situated in the heart of the Priorat wine region at the foot of the Montsant mountain range in Escaladei. The history of the estate dates back to the twelfth century, when Carthusian monks from France settled in the area and introduced winemaking techniques. Today, the estate is managed by the Vives family and comprises a dedicated cellar producing estate wines from 22 hectares of vineyards under the Priorat DOQ denomination, alongside hotel accommodations. Guests and visitors can explore the winemaking heritage and experience the regional wines directly at the property.
