About the estate

The Tenuta Riseccoli estate is located in Greve in Chianti in Tuscany and dates back to the early 20th century, when it was acquired by the Florentine sculptor Prof. Romano Romanelli. The winery remains in the family and is managed by subsequent generations. Spanning approximately ten hectares of organically cultivated vineyards, the estate plants the indigenous Sangiovese variety alongside small parcels of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The viticultural approach focuses on producing wines that reflect the Tuscan tradition. In addition to winemaking, the property offers holiday accommodations in restored historic farmhouses.
