About the estate

The Tenuta Grimani estate is located in Roncà in the Veneto region, continuing the history of historic lands once owned by a Venetian family and acquired in the early twentieth century by grandfather Pietro. Today, the winery is managed by Dino Cavaggioni and Maria Dal Cero alongside their children Laura and Andrea, who are dedicated to cultivating the organically converted vineyards. The vineyards feature the classic Veronese pergola training system, with the Garganega variety predominating in the Farinaldi hill area. The portfolio is expanded with traditional varieties such as Pinot Grigio, Cabernet, Merlot, and Prosecco. The family vinifies exclusively estate-grown grapes in the winery at the foot of the hill, which has been equipped with cutting-edge technologies.
