About the estate
The Tenuta di Vignole estate is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico production area near Panzano and has been owned by the Nistri family since 1970, with a family history in winemaking dating back to 1865. Out of a total area of 21 hectares, 14 hectares are dedicated to vineyards situated along the Pesa river valley, also known as La Conca d’Oro, at altitudes between 290 and 320 meters. Practicing sustainable agriculture based on natural principles without synthetic chemical products, the winery respects local traditions. Modern cellars include a separate vinification room and an underground aging cellar carved into the hill for maturation in casks and barriques. The estate produces wines under the Chianti Classico DOCG denomination.
