About the estate
The Tenuta Bonomonte estate is located in the heart of Tuscany within the Chianti region and was founded in 1982 by Armando Formichi and Gina Guidotti. Spanning ten hectares of vineyards at an average altitude of 300 meters, the estate benefits from clay-rich soils and a microclimate characterized by significant diurnal temperature variations. The vineyards are planted with Sangiovese and feature south, southwest, and southeast exposures. The winery manages its parcels through meticulous year-round care, culminating in manual harvesting during September. The estate's wines are produced under the Chianti Classico DOCG and Chianti DOCG denominations.
