About the estate
The Sullali winery, located in Erbusco in Lombardy, was founded by Jessica and Dario Vezzoli. The estate specializes in the production of Franciacorta DOCG, combining traditional methods with a distinct modern vision. During vinification, external sugars are avoided entirely in favor of grape-derived sugars only. Following initial fermentation and maturation, a secondary fermentation takes place, followed by 24 months of patient aging. The product range includes expressions such as the Extra Brut and the Blanc de Noir Extra Brut.
