About the estate

The Stoiber winery is a traditional family business in Palterndorf-Dobermannsdorf in the eastern Weinviertel, now managed in its sixth generation. On about 3.5 hectares of vineyards at the foot of the Steinberg, seventy percent white wine and thirty percent red wine are cultivated. The ten vineyards located across four municipalities are managed through natural cultivation without synthetic fertilizers and with careful canopy management. The historic wine cellar in the home municipality allows the wines to mature optimally entirely without artificial cooling.

The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Neuburger.
