The Siemàn winery is located in Villaga, where the vineyards stretch across a hilly area surrounded by woods and are cultivated using organic methods. Established in 2017, the estate consistently relies on spontaneous fermentation for its winemaking without the use of additives or filtration. Additionally, the business operates an attached brewery that is equally dedicated to spontaneous and mixed fermentations using native microbial flora. The aim of the work is to honor the region and produce authentic items that maintain a connection to their place of origin.
