Selection Souviou

About the estate

The Selection Souviou estate is located in Provence near Le Beausset and covers eighty-five hectares of vineyards in the foothills of the Sainte Baume massif. Rich in history and reunified in 2011 by Roger Jaar, the property is dedicated to the dual culture of vines and olive trees, farmed organically. On the terroir shaped by traditional dry-stone walls, the crops thrive under the Mediterranean influence. The production includes wines from the AOC Bandol and AOC Côtes de Provence denominations, which are aged in a modern cellar partially carved into the rock.
