About the estate
The Schweighofer estate is a family-run winery located in Durnstein in the Wachau region. Michael Schweighofer runs the parental business, which he already wanted to take over since his childhood. Since 2005 he has been accompanied by Elke on this path, while his parents also continue to be a great support in the operation. The estate covers five hectares of vineyards producing wines with the Wachau DAC denomination.
