About the estate
The family-run Schneider Xavier estate in Gueberschwihr is managed across several generations. The vineyard area covers ten hectares, including 2.5 hectares in the Goldert grand cru, with parcels located in Gueberschwihr, Hattstatt, and Pfaffenheim. The winery practices sustainable agriculture and has been certified since 2020. Vinification takes place in the cellar using both traditional wooden casks dating back to the estate's early years and modern stainless steel tanks.
