About the estate
The traditional Sax winery is located in Langenlois in the Austrian Kamptal region and looks back on a centuries-old winemaking history documented since 1660. Since 2008, the estate has been managed by twin brothers Rudolf and Michael, who combine traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques. The wines are produced from regional grapes in harmony with nature and reflect the character of their origin. Cultivation takes place across various vineyard sites characterized by different soil types such as loess, gneiss, granite, and clay. The produced wines comply with the requirements of the Kamptal DAC denomination and stand for region-typical styles.
