About the estate
The Sara&sara winery was founded in 1954 by Dante, grew under Giuliano, and is currently managed by the third generation, Alessandro and Manuele. The estate cultivates around seven hectares of vineyards in the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC, characterized by sandstone marl soils and a unique microclimate. Operations have been fully converted to organic farming, involving the avoidance of herbicides, hand harvesting, and vinification using only natural yeasts. The portfolio focuses on fresh, mineral, and long-living wines that express the local territory and tradition.
