About the estate
The Saint Cassien estate was founded in 2019 in Le Muy, Provence, by Stéphanie Baudisson and Florent Lerda after they revitalized their historical family lands. The vineyard spans twelve hectares in a single plot surrounding the country house on clay-limestone soils. The planted grape varieties include Grenache, Syrah, Rolle, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre for the production of wines under the Côtes de Provence appellation. The winery follows reasoned agriculture practices and initiated a conversion to organic farming in December 2022.
