About the estate
The Sabbionare estate is located in Montecarotto in the Marche region and was founded in 1999. The winery has its origins in a small vineyard given by Giuseppe Paolucci to his son Sauro and daughter-in-law Donatella. Today, the next generation consisting of Giusi and Mirco is taking over the management of the family business alongside the parents. The vineyards feature predominantly sandy soils situated between Montecarotto and Serra de’ Conti and are dedicated to producing Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi. The vineyards are managed following organic principles, with all tasks from pruning to harvesting performed strictly by hand.
