About the estate

The Rubin Borászat estate is located in Balatonkeresztúr within the Balatonboglár wine region and was founded in 2013 out of a passion for winemaking. Spanning a vineyard area of approximately 5 hectares, the winery cultivates its grapes in accordance with organic farming regulations. The planted grape varieties include Olaszrizling, Chardonnay, Irsai Olivér, Zöld Veltelini, Feketelányka, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Kékfrankos. Both the vineyards and the winemaking processes are managed organically, ensuring sustainable production from the vine to the bottle. Distribution takes place through their online shop, and the estate's wines have achieved recognition at various competitions since their first commercial release.
