About the estate
The Ronc de Val estate is a family-run winery located in Nimis within the Friuli-Venezia-Giulia region of Italy, rooted in a long agricultural history. Across five hectares of vineyards divided into nine plots, the family primarily cultivates old vines featuring varieties such as Verduzzo Friulano, Chardonnay, and Merlot. Key vineyard operations like harvesting are performed manually to ensure high fruit quality. The portfolio includes structured wines, notably the Ramandolo DOCG as the signature sweet wine of the area, produced from dried grapes. Today, the estate is managed by Giuseppe and Giulio with the ongoing support of grandfather Pietro.
The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Verduzzo Friulano and Chardonnay.
