The CaFelice estate in Nimis was founded in 1961 by Felice Bressani and is today managed within the family. The vineyard area currently covers five hectares distributed across nine plots in the Cornappo Valley. The soils consist primarily of Eocene marl and sandstone, while the local microclimate is influenced by the nearby stream. The winery specializes in the cultivation of historic and native grape varieties, producing wines such as Ramandolo DOCG. Traditional methods like the appassimento technique are combined with modern agro-technological innovations.
