The family-run Rodinné vinařství Pavel Binder was founded in 1999 and is located in the municipality of Rakvice within the Velkopavlovická wine sub-region. Pavel Binder farms nine hectares of vineyards situated in the cadastral areas of Rakvice, Přítluky, and Velké Bílovice, with a predominantly southern exposure. Since 2011, the estate holds certifications for organically produced wines, offering a portfolio that includes still wines, grape juice, semi-sparkling wines, sparkling wines, and natural wines. The winery's philosophy focuses on producing high-quality, distinctive small-batch wines featuring a fresh and expressive fruit bouquet.
