The Rebbau-Genossenschaft Kibberg-Schlössli cultivates a vineyard covering 0.27 hectares in Kyburg-Buchegg in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Founded in 1995, the cooperative builds upon a historical winegrowing tradition in the surrounding area. A total of 1195 vines of the fungus-resistant varieties Réselle, Regent, and Cabernet Jura thrive on the vineyard area. The cultivation is carried out by hand, while the vinification is performed externally by the Schinznach-Dorf winegrowing cooperative. These grapes yield characterful wines with a local identity, including distinct cuvées.
