About the estate
The Quinta de la Quietud estate was founded in 1999 with the objective of producing authentic wines with a distinct personality. The vineyards are planted exclusively with Tinta de Toro and have been farmed under organic certification since 2002. The traditional head-trained vines are dry-farmed and cultivated with the help of horses. In the cellar, the winery focuses on spontaneous fermentation, natural balances, and vinification without the use of added sulfites or oak. The portfolio features wines from the Toro DO denomination.
