About the estate

The winery Домейн Менада was established in 1901 as the Loza cooperative and is located in Stara Zagora. The vineyards cover 375 hectares at the foot of the Sredna Gora mountains. The estate cultivates traditional local grape varieties such as Rubin and Mavrud alongside international varieties including Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Chardonnay. The cellar has a processing capacity of over 8000 tons of grapes. In 2002, the company became part of the French holding group Marie Brizard Wine and Spirits.
